Kaye Loraine, RN, BSN, LNC
I graduated from the University of Wisconsin in the 1970’s with a bachelors degree in nursing.
Since that time I’ve been traveling the USA, working in just about every position in nursing, including flight nursing out of San Diego. In my travels, I’ve studied good nutrition and visited some of the finest restaurants.
I love the combination of fine dining and good nutrition. In this area I will be visiting restaurants and writing evaluations.
You may agree with me or not, but it’s all fun. Along with nursing, I have been a free lance writer and an artist.

FacebookUncle Bears Grill and Bar - a Doggie's Paradise
When I went into Uncle Bears Grill and Bar, and saw the peanut shells scattered on the floor, and heard the noise, I knew it had to be a fun place.
It was a doggie’s paradise with pictures of patron’s pet dogs filling the walls and dividers. The peanuts on the table were in a doggie’s dish.
Where I sat, I had a great view of the mountains. It was a day with fascinating clouds which framed the mountains and made a beautiful scene. I also had a view of three big screen TV’s. I could watch three sports at once, hockey, baseball and basketball.
