CAC Will Have a New 208 Acre Home in San Tan Valley

Today, the Central Arizona College Board approved the purchase of 208 acres on Bella Vista and the Union Pacific RR as the new home of the new San Tan Valley CAC Campus.

If all goes well with the feasibility study and the 23 due diligence items, then the tentative closing date will be September 30th.

The price tag for this 208 acres is 43K/acre which ends up being $ 8,944,000.  The seller is also going to pay to bring utilities to the property line.
