CUSD Summer Food Program

The Coolidge Unified School District announces the sponsorship of the Summer Food Service Program for Children.  Meals will be made available free to all children 1-18 years of age within the approved geographical area without regard to sex, race, color, age, handicap or national origin.  Any person who believes that he/she has been discriminated against in any USDA related activity should write immediately to the Secretary of Agriculture, Washington D.C. 20250.  USDA is an equal opportunity provider and employer.

Listed below are the dates, times and locations meals will be provided:

Date applies to all sites.  May 29th - June 29th and July 9th - July 27th.

Breakfast 7:30-8:30am; Lunch 11-1pm

  • Coolidge High School, 600 W Northern, Coolidge, AZ 85128
  • San Tan Foothills High School, 1255 W Silverdale Rd, San Tan Valley, AZ 85142
  • San Tan Heights Elementary, 2500 W San Tan Heights Blvd, San Tan Valley, AZ 85142
  • Coolide Public Library, 160 W Central Ave, Coolidge, AZ 85128 (Lunch Only)

Breakfast 7:30-8:30am; Lunch 10:45-12:45pm

  • Florence Park & Recreation, 133 N Mail St, Florence, AZ 85132
  • Copper Basin YMCS, 28682 N Main St, San Tan Valley, AZ 85143

Breakfast 7:45-8:45am; Lunch 11-1pm

  • Heartland Ranch Elementary, 1667 W Caroline St, Coolidge, AZ (Breakfast Only)
  • Eloy Recreation Department, 501 W 3rd Place, Eloy, AZ 85131

Serving Time for sites below:  Breakfast 8:30-9:30am; Lunch 11-1pm

  • Boy's & Girl's Club, Cholla Rd & Seedfarm Rd, Sacaton, AZ 85147
  • District I, Rt. 1 Box 94 G, Coolidge, AZ 85128

Start Date: June 4, 2012

  • District IV, W. Sesame & Statonic Rd, Sacaton, AZ 85147

Start Date: July 13, 2012 Serving Wednesday, Thursday & Friday (Lunch Only)
