At Coolidge Unified School District’s May 9th regular Governing Board meeting, Gabriel Madrid, an eighth grader at Hohokam Middle School, was recognized for earning a Certificate of Achievement from Northern Arizona University.  

Gabriel was one of only 29 students in the state of Arizona to receive a perfect score of 25 on the ACT EXPLORE test.

EXPLORE helps students identify areas of academic strength and weakness in four areas important for success in college and the workplace – English, math, reading, and science.
