Coolidge Unified School District’s Summer School Student Gallery Walk

Coolidge Unified School District #21 recently started their summer school session for students in grades K-12.  Classes are being held at San Tan Foothills High School and Coolidge High School from June 4th through June 21st.  The program was designed to help students develop critical language arts and mathematic skills through project based learning, while having the opportunity to incorporate a variety of multimedia technologies.  In addition, the gifted program served students to develop higher level questioning and critical thinking skills in small group settings.  Students have been working on unique themes within each grade level and are preparing projects that will showcase what they have learned during this session.

Both teachers and students would like to extend a warm invitation to all parents, community members, and local media to the “Gallery Walk” on the final day of summer school, June 21st, from 10:00 am – 11:30 am.  Students will proudly have their work on display at San Tan Foothills High School and Coolidge High School for everyone to enjoy.  Please stop by and see the culmination of their hard work.
