Queen Creek Olive Mill

At the base of the San Tan Mountains in Queen Creek’s storied farm community the Queen Creek Olive Mill is Arizona’s only working olive farm & mill. While we produce a boutique hand-crafted extra virgin olive oil using 9 varieties of olives, our passion is creating a great experience for our guests.

The gourmet marketplace is a treasure of local foods, unique gifts and farm-casual dining. Stroll the olive grove, tour the mill and get away from pre-packaged, cellophane city life for the day.

With the recent addition of Superstition Coffee to the Olive Mill, we see the fulfillment of a shared dream, come to fruition.

The Rea family has made it their goal to handcraft quality Extra Virgin Olive Oils that rival, if not surpass, the best Olive Oils in the world.

The Mohrweis family shares this view of excellence through quality, and have pursued it in the field of specialty coffee since the early 1980’s.

Western Wind, a local wine maker with roots

Judy Wales Gillum grew up in the town her Grandfather, Leo Ellsworth helped to found, and develop into the great town we call Queen Creek.

Judy’s family has been active in the area since the early 1920′s, eventually moving here from Mesa in the early 1940′s.  As legend has it, Mrs. Mary Ellsworth refused to move to Queen Creek because there was no telephone service. To remedy this, Leo Ellsworth ran 28 miles of phone line to make the move happen.

Please join us from 8am-2pm every Saturday to pick up your fresh, local produce and meats! Farm fresh seasonal produce, natural beef, chicken, fish, and locally produced food straight from the farm, to your table.

The fruits and produce we carry change depending on availability, but we will always have;

Chef Carvalho and Perry Rea, Master Blender and owner of Queen Creek Olive Mill , crossed paths a few years ago while Carvalho was the Executive Chef at RnR in Scottsdale. Always feeling strong about using high quality local ingredients, Chef Carvalho used Queen Creek Olive Oil in his kitchen. Carvalho accepted the position at the Olive Mill with hopes of going back to his roots and cooking Italian cuisine, as well as working for a highly respected, local company.

Rea said, “Chef Carvalho is an amazing chef and we hired him with the goal to take del Piero to the next level. Now that the Olive Mill is a destination for weddings and events, we need his expertise in catering and upscale dining. I can’t think of a bettter chef to head the del Piero Kitchen.”
