Globe crash on Arizona 77 kills 1

A tanker truck collided with a motorcycle on Arizona 77 in Globe on Tuesday afternoon, leaving one person dead, officials said.

Arizona 77 was closed at milepost 169, officials said.

The semitruck was on its side in a ravine, said Barth Graves, spokesman for the Department of Public Safety.

The Globe Police Department wasn't able to provide any additional information.
