The owners and staff of Elvira’s Restaurant invite you to come and see the transformation of one of Apache Junction’s oldest landmark restaurants now becoming Apache Junction’s newest and finest!  Elvira’s now offers an unforgettable dining experience in an incredible, authentic Mexican decor.

“We’ve captured the most colorful paintings and wood carvings in our booths and tables from the City of Artisans— Tonola, Mexico, one of the most colorful cities in the world, where Mexican themes and designs were created,” said owner Eddie Valdez. “We visited the city to gather and bring this authentic work to Apache Junction and the Valley of the Sun.”

The fine food that has made Elvira’s legendary will now be complemented with a unique dining experience as well as additional menu items. Elvira’s also has added the Cantina de Valdez which offers full bar service featuring four HD televisions for your viewing pleasure.

In continuing the focus of development in Apache Junction, Eddie Valdez and Companies has, after developing one of the most visited commercial complexes which encompasses the fine restaurants of Los Gringos Locos, The Feed Bag and Pizza Hut as well as the VFW Post #7968 and Pinal County Credit Union, shifted focus into downtown Apache Junction.

“We’ve dined at many Mexican restaurants throughout the Southwest,” said Eddie Valdez. “And our goal was to create an atmosphere enhanced with festivity, colorful and inviting. Our mission was to make this the finest Mexican restaurant in the valley, and we believe we’ve accomplished just that right here in Apache Junction!”

Visit and join this unique experience and see the new choices available at Elvira’s Mexican Restaurant y Cantina de Valdez.
