SRP Hiring Bilingual Call Center Representatives in San Tan Valley

SRP, the nation's third-largest public power utility, is accepting online applications for bilingual 3/4 time flexible status representatives for its award-winning Residential Customer Service (RCS) call centers. Candidates must be fluent in English and Spanish.

The pay is $15.54 an hour and benefits are available after a three-month training and transition process. Depending on business needs, hours will range from 20-40 hours per week between 10 a.m. to 7:15 p.m., Monday through Friday (no weekends). 

RCS representatives work in a fast-paced, structured environment and handle electric service inquiries for more than 940,000 SRP customers. All employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Currently, SRP does not sponsor H1B visas

When:

Applications are currently being accepted for a training session that starts on Friday, May 4.  To be considered for the position, candidates must complete an online profile at www.srpnet.com/careers and apply to Requisition V-5137.

Where:

The call centers, which employ up to 250 employees, are located in Tempe and San Tan Valley. The bilingual positions are being recruited for the Pinal Customer Center, 3735 E. Combs Road in San Tan Valley.
