On September 3rd 2012 Held Dad’s Heart will be celebrating three years of being an organization with the mission to help educate, empower enlighten and embrace those with heart failure.
Originally started in 2009 to get dad the life saving mechanical heart device that was at the time on trials, since receiving the device Help Dad’s Heart is determined to help others with the battle against Heart Failure.
Dad has had the mechanical heart device going on three years now along with a informative and resourceful website www.helpdadsheart.net regarding Heart Failure and the device that is known as the LVAD [ Left Ventricular Assist Device] Help Dad’s Heart is operated by the generosity of other people through donations and the selling of new and or donated merchandise.
Father at Help Dad’s Heart Said “There are always other options out there when you feel you have reached the end of the road, unfortunately we ourselves are usually the ones that have to find them now days and go beyond what our doctors may or may not know. Do not ever think you have reached the end, one needs to keep the faith and push on with this ongoing battle against Heart Failure.”
