I have recently had the opportunity to work with Ms. Castillo, as Board Director with the San Tan Valley Chamber of Commerce. My experiences with her have been extremely productive. I have found Ms. Castillo to be a diplomatic problem solver, who goes out of her way to find win-win strategies for all sides involved. In my interaction with her, I have always found her to be kind, considerate and genuine. Her problem solving skills are nothing short of extraordinary and she is able to be effective while diplomatic at the same time. I have also seen her protective/loyal side, defending her employers position with vigorous tenacity.
In my opinion, Pinal County needs a strong candidate with this type of drive and sincere interest in the economic development of the area as well as someone who will appropriately represent this community with a focus on the quality of life for the residents of our area.
Rarely do I consider writing an endorsement for anyone, but in this case I do so completely and without reservation.
