Good Schools Support Our Property Values

I'm a retired person and I was born and raised in the San Tan Valley area. 67 years I have lived, worked and played within a 20 radius.

I have seen many changes to this area. One of the best changes I have seen is the growth in our school district. Although, I am retired I do have a vested interest in the school district. My two grandchildren attend the J.O. Combs Schools. They are very active and play sports. Their activities are in jeopardy if the override election does not pass.

Even if you do not have children or grandchildren in the district, good schools support our property values. We still have valuable land to raise livestock on. I have been roping and riding a long time and I have seen our property rise and fall. I would hate to see it fall and not be able to climb back up because of the schools that surround it.

It benefits everyone to support the J.O. Combs Unified School District override election. I am supporting the override not only for my grandchildren but so my property value will continue to grow. It only adds a couple buck a month to your taxes. It is worth it to me and should be worth it to you.
