Ron LeDuc is Asking for your Vote

by: Ron LeDuc - Constable JP #7

Ronald LeDuc of Gold Canyon is the current appointed Constable for the Apache Junction Justice Court (JP #7).

LeDuc is seeking the position that was left vacant by Sheriff’s candidate Jack McClaren’s resignation from the Office in late May 2012.

“I believe that I am the most qualified candidate for this position”, I am a retired Police Officer with 20 years of law enforcement experience and all of my years of service were done right here in Arizona.

I’m a 32 years resident of Pinal County and I’m a 1981 graduate of Apache Junction High School, my wife Sheryl and my two daughters Ashley and Kirsten also attend Apache Junction High School. I have an A.A. Degree in criminal justice which I completed while serving in the US Army from January 1982 thru June 1993.

While in the Army I served as a Combat Engineer and during my deployment to Iraq as part of Operation Desert Storm I was cross trained as a demolitions expert and also in explosive ordinance disposal. After moving here with my family in 1980, my father worked as a police officer and retired from the Apache Junction Police Department in mid-1995 while my mother worked for Apache Junction School District.

The reason I’m running for constable is because I love serving the people of this district and this community, I have lived here for most of my life and I love Pinal County, this is my home.

I was appointed to this position by the Pinal County Board of Supervisors on July 11th, because they knew I was qualified for this position and that I would do a good job. I have no intention of letting them or the citizens of this district/community down. I have been Constable now for about 4 weeks and I have really enjoyed my time in office.

I have had many wonderful conversations with people throughout the County and if you are gracious enough to vote for me as a “Write in Candidate” on August 28th, I would be honored to continue serving you as your constable for the next two years. Again thank you very much for your consideration and for allowing me this opportunity to introduce myself to all of you, I look forward to continuing to serve you as your constable.
