I-17 closed for 30 minutes at Cordes Junction late tonight, Thursday night

Motorists traveling late at night between Phoenix and Flagstaff need to be aware of closures this week along Interstate 17 at Cordes Junction (milepost 262). I-17 will be closed in both directions for up to 30 minutes at 11 p.m. tonight (January 17) and 11 p.m. Thursday (January 19) as crews perform blasting operations near Big Bug Creek, according to the Arizona Department of Transportation.
