Hawes Road off ramp closed

Drilling work related to State Route 24 construction requires ramp closure this weekend on Loop 202 (Santan Freeway)

Work has begun on State Route 24, the newest freeway in the Southeast Valley, and this weekend crews will continue drilling for the ramps that will connect State Route 24 to Loop 202 (Santan Freeway). Drivers should be aware of the following restrictions:

Westbound Loop 202 (Santan Freeway) Hawes Road off-ramp closed from 11 p.m. Friday (May 11) to 5 a.m. Monday (May 14) for drilling work. DETOUR: Exit at Power Road south to Ray Road east for access to Phoenix-Mesa Gateway Airport.
