Thank you Sheriff Paul Babeu

Dear Paul,

I want to write this email to you, just to thank you. I want to thank you for a number of reasons.

First, I want to thank you for notifying me that you were involuntarily forcing an ‘at-will- position on me. I want to thank you for punitively reducing my pay by approximately $15,000. I want to thank you for ensuring that your executive staff relayed the message to me that once ‘at-will’, I would face termination.

Pinal County Sheriff Paul Babeu proposes a change in the “safe school zone” laws to allow for school administrators and designated teachers to be armed to initially defend against any violent attack on their school. Sheriff Babeu also supports assigning a deputy or police officer in every school as proposed by the NRA.

Sheriff Babeu said, “Much the same way that commercial airline pilots have been trained and armed to defend their aircraft, school administrators and designated teachers would be trained by local law enforcement and armed to protect themselves, other staff and their students.

As many of you know, Pinal County has successfully restored one of the state's endangered historic buildings, the 1891 Pinal County Courthouse, which has been on the National Register of Historic Places since 1978.  The restoration project was officially recognized by the Arizona Historical Advisory Commission as a Centennial Legacy Project.  This is believed to be the state's most ambitious and historically significant Arizona Centennial Legacy Project, given the rich history of the site.

Roxie is a pretty, 3 year old Pit Bull-Boxer mix female.

Roxie enjoys all of the typical doggy playtime activities, and would be a great match for someone who likes the outdoors and being active.

Roxie seems to be ok with other dogs; she is unknown around cats.

This sweet girl just wants to please! Roxie would be so very happy to find a forever home this Christmas.

Roxie's adoption fee includes all vaccinations (rabies, too), microchip, spaying and Pinal county license!
