I'm asked all the time--how can I choose the "right" photographer for my family? There are a lot of factors that go into selecting a family photographer. In this age of internet and affordable digital cameras, we've seen an influx of photographers....some great and some not, some serious business people and some hobbiests, and so on.

Now that we have suffered the circus of the Republican Presidential Primary provided for us, we must endure the next round, which will be provided by the Republican and Democratic primary's for Sheriff in Pinal County.  Those that are running in this primary range from knowing nothing about law enforcement to some with a little experience.

The Pinal County Public Health District is holding its monthly Diabetes Education classes in May. This month’s classes will deal with depression and stress issues diabetics may come across in their battle with the disease.

Stress related to diabetes can affect blood glucose levels when a diabetic fails to take good care of themselves by watching what they eat.  Stress hormones can also contribute to a rise in blood glucose levels.

Studies have shown that female diabetics are more likely to suffer from depression while fighting the disease.
