Paladin Sports Outreach Launches Soccer Club for San Tan Valley Youth

Paladin Sports Outreach, a local sports and recreation service provider, has announced the launch of the Paladin Soccer Club. The soccer club will initially serve the communities of San Tan Valley, Queen Creek, and East Mesa, with the aim of providing affordable, quality, and Christ-centered club sports to the area.

Paladin Soccer Club will be led by Club Director Jenn Oney, who will be responsible for building the grassroots soccer program for boys and girls ages 8-14. Oney's goal is to develop amazing coaches with the heart of Jesus and players with integrity, respect, and passion for the game.

The soccer club will compete in local tournaments and register in established local soccer leagues beginning in Fall 2023. The tryouts for the club will take place on Friday, May 5, and Saturday, May 6, and are open to all interested boys and girls within the age range.

"We believe as a Christian-based organization that club soccer should be played with integrity, sportsmanship, respect, kindness, and ultimately a Christ-like attitude on and off the playing surface, we are excited to give young athletes in our community that opportunity," said Paladin Sports Director of Programs & Operations Blake Wilsford.

Paladin Sports Outreach has been providing recreational soccer programming for San Tan Valley and Queen Creek families since 2008. The organization's soccer academies have provided a recreational soccer outlet for thousands of area youth, and the formation of Paladin SC was a natural next step for the organization.

Paladin Sports Outreach is a 501(c)3, Arizona nonprofit corporation, established in 2008 to bring sports and recreation services to communities everywhere. Their vision is to Change the Culture of Sports and their purpose is to be the influence of the local sports community by reaching and connecting youth and their families to Jesus Christ and the local church.
