Jury Questionnaires are being mailed out on February 28, 2022 to approximately 30,000 Pinal County residents drawn randomly from lists received from the Arizona Department of Transportation Motor Vehicle Division and Pinal County Voter Registration.
If you receive a Jury Questionnaire, you are being considered for jury service. However, this is not a summons for jury duty, and you are not being called to report at this time. The questionnaire is used to obtain information about you to determine whether you are qualified to serve as a prospective juror.It is important all questions on the questionnaire are answered and returned to the Court within 10 days of receipte. You are encouraged to complete the questionnaire online by scanning the QR Code located on the back of your questionnaire, or you can mail it back postage paid. If completed online, you may disregard the paper questionnaire.
