utilityworkahead-1200

Residents of San Tan Valley can expect a significant construction project to commence in their area starting July 31, as announced by Queen Creek Town Hall. The undertaking involves the installation of a water pipeline on Schnepf Road, stretching from Combs Road north to a point just south of the Queen Creek Wash.

MGC Contractors, engaged by the Town of Queen Creek, will spearhead the operation, which is expected to span 4-6 months. The initial phase of the project will begin at Combs Rd, from where crews will advance in a northerly direction along Schnepf Road.

The work will further extend into Laredo Ranch Drive on the east side of Schnepf Road, progressing towards the west of Laredo Ranch Loop. This addition to the project will commence as soon as the crews approach Laredo Ranch Drive from Schnepf Road.

Officials stress that although the construction will lead to temporary traffic controls and lane shifts, the roads will remain open for regular travel. The traffic measures are designed to maintain safety and minimize disruption by directing traffic away from the construction zones.

Residents whose access to their homes could be affected or those likely to experience water disruptions will be notified ahead of time. The aim is to minimize the impact of the construction on daily life and ensure the continued smooth running of essential services.

Town officials have expressed gratitude to residents in advance for their patience and understanding during the course of the project. They believe that the new pipeline will be an important infrastructure upgrade for the area and appreciate the community's cooperation in seeing this essential project to completion.

For any queries related to the project, residents are encouraged to contact the Queen Creek Town Hall at 480.898-4090.

The Town of Queen Creek and MGC Contractors are committed to working diligently to complete this vital project as quickly and efficiently as possible. They thank the community in advance for their patience and understanding during the construction period.
