San Tan Valley drivers can expect traffic delays on Pecan Creek Drive due to a manhole rehabilitation project by the Pinal County Public Works Department.
Work to repair pavement on eastbound Loop 202 (Santan Freeway) near Power Road in the East Valley has been rescheduled and will include freeway restrictions this weekend.
Additional work on Ocotillo Road will take place near the intersection of Ironwood Drive.
ADVANCE NOTICE: Hunt Highway, in San Tan Valley, will have a FULL closure between Arizona Farms Rd and Oasis Blvd starting 4am Friday, July 26th through 4pm Monday, July 29th, when it will reopen.
Utility work on Hunt Highway from Johnson Ranch Boulevard to Arizona Farm Road will start May 14th.
The Arizona Department of Transportation advises drivers to plan for daytime lane restrictions on State Route 79 north of Florence Wednesday, May 15, and Thursday, May 16, for pavement preservation work.
Scheduled for the week of April 22, contractor crews will place the final striping for the current Hunt Hwy project area.
Work to repair and preserve 21 miles of the Loop 202 in Chandler, Gilbert and Mesa is scheduled to occur over the next two weekends. The freeway will be closed in both directions while the Arizona Department of Transportation makes urgently needed pavement repairs. On- and off-ramps in the work zone also will be closed.
Union Pacific Railroad will be doing track maintenance in Pinal County Right-of-Way via permit which will require full closures of some San Tan Valley roadways:
